Review

This game of baseball requires a second player. On defense you can adjust your fielders pre-pitch and have a slight amount of control on the pitch after it is released. Once the ball is hit, you can move your fielders a short distance to make the grab if possible. If not you need to run and pick it up and throw it to a base. You won't get many strikeouts in this one, its geared to be easy to hit. On offense, you press the action button to swing and must time your swing to control where the ball goes in the field. Don't swing too early because you aren't allowed to swing again. You also have control of your runners on the bases. You can instruct them to move forward or stay put. Once you commit to going forward, there is no turning back. This is the first console game I've seen that has a sacrifice fly. It was good to see some advancements in baseball coming. Its not the greatest game for sure, but a fun play for a couple of innings.
